French‑Speaking M&A Analyst – Barcelona

About the role

Euclid Transactional is seeking a French‑speaking M&A Analyst to join its EMEA team in Barcelona. You will work closely with the underwriting team, evaluating M&A opportunities across industries and jurisdictions while gaining exposure to transactional risk insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse M&A transactions, reviewing financial statements, business background information, due‑diligence material and purchase agreements.
• Manage a pipeline of deal opportunities that may require transactional risk insurance.
• Prepare quotes and insurance policies.
• Develop marketing materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication with insurance brokers, lawyers and clients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or graduating imminently) with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance or economics.
• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Proactive, ambitious, detail‑oriented and a natural team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform (advantageous).
