French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative – Madrid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing team in Madrid. You will play a key part in expanding our presence across French‑speaking e‑commerce markets by generating high‑quality leads and feeding the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60‑70 outbound cold calls daily to decision‑makers at target e‑commerce brands.
• Identify, map and engage SMB and mid‑market accounts throughout French‑speaking territories.
• Initiate conversations, uncover operational pain points and demonstrate how our search solutions address them.
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and schedule introductory calls for Account Executives.
• Execute multi‑touch outreach sequences using phone, personalized email campaigns and LinkedIn.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in high‑volume, phone‑driven outbound B2B sales and cold calling.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding daily activity goals and monthly quotas.
• High resilience, strong listening skills, confident objection handling and a compelling telephone presence.
• Practical familiarity with modern CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
