French‑Speaking Talent Attraction Specialist

About the role

MSXI Hungary is expanding its talent pool and is looking for a French‑speaking Talent Attraction Specialist to support recruitment for the automotive sector. You will work closely with regional and local stakeholders to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end talent acquisition process and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists to define position requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Identify and execute the most effective sourcing methods, including job postings, active searching, and talent pipeline development.
• Screen candidates, conduct first contacts, and guide them through the selection process.
• Continuously improve the candidate experience and ensure compliance with data‑protection policies.
• Track and meet key recruitment metrics such as timeliness, accuracy, and quality.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal communication in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• 1‑2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international or shared‑services HR environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and achieve targets.
• Process‑driven attitude, comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Smartrecruiters or Success Factors.
