HR Generalist – Temporary Agency Role

About the role

An opportunity for an HR Generalist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe. The role supports HR Business Partners in daily activities and projects, working in an engaged and highly collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR administrative processes in close collaboration with HR Business Partners.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Analyse HR data and create metrics and reports to monitor team and HR performance.
• Assist project leaders in deploying their initiatives.
• Organise and facilitate internal events.
• Contribute to the standardisation and harmonisation of HR activities and responses for managers and employees across functions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR documentation.

Required profile

• Education in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR topics.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong adaptability, organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and a collaborative team spirit.
