Front Office Associate – Hotel Reception

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Bikini Hotel Es Trenc in Colònia de Sant Jordi, Mallorca, as a Front Office Associate. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless stay in a dynamic, beach‑side environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, billing, invoicing and cashier duties.
• Handle reservation creation, modifications and cancellations using hotel PMS systems.
• Answer phone calls, emails and inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and food‑and‑beverage teams to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception and boutique area.

Required profile

• Knowledge of front office and reservation tasks.
• Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar hotel reception role.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creativity, proactivity, attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel PMS systems such as Opera Cloud, SIHOT, Protel or Mews.
• Basic office software proficiency (Email, Excel, Word).
• Check‑in/check‑out management and reservation handling.
• Billing, invoicing and cash handling.
