Front Office Host

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Host to join our Barcelona location and be the first point of contact for guests. You will welcome visitors, manage self‑check‑in kiosks, and ensure a memorable stay by providing personalised service and local recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with self‑check‑in kiosks, as we operate without a traditional reception desk.
• Manage new and existing bookings while delivering high‑quality service.
• Act as a “secret concierge,” offering advice on local attractions, dining, shopping and nightlife.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all front‑of‑house areas to ensure a pleasant environment for the next shift.
• Respond to guest requests regarding facilities and support the adoption of new technology as needed.

Required profile

• Flexible, hands‑on, motivated and positive attitude.
• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Ability to handle stressful peak periods professionally.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• European citizen or legal right to work in Spain.
