Frontend React Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Senior Front‑End Developer to join Ailin’s engineering team and help build the next‑generation platform for our product ecosystem. You will shape the frontend architecture, create scalable UI foundations, and set quality standards that will guide future development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement frontend features using React with Vite as the build tool.
• Own complex UI flows from technical design through production rollout.
• Define and evolve component architecture, state management, and data‑fetching strategies.
• Build, deploy, and operate frontend applications on AWS Amplify.
• Integrate with APIs and authentication systems such as AWS Cognito.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and UX quality, adding robust error handling and observability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and improve system boundaries.
• Review code, contribute to technical decisions, and help shape shared engineering conventions.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience delivering production‑grade applications with React.
• Hands‑on expertise with Vite and modern frontend build workflows.
• Experience deploying and operating apps on AWS Amplify.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to build custom components and layouts without relying on UI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of CSS preprocessors (LESS or SASS).
• Proven track record designing reusable component systems and maintaining large codebases.
• Ownership mindset and commitment to product quality.
