Full-Stack Developer (AI Engineer)

About the role

Nabla Education is looking for an AI Engineer who will also take charge of full‑stack development. You will own the AI layer of our offline‑first platform, turning research into production features that directly support teachers and students in Spanish schools.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, benchmark and improve AI models and pipelines.
• Design and ship new AI‑powered features from concept to production.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to ensure quality, reliability and cost‑efficiency of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with the small team on backend (Node.js) and frontend (React) development.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI research and integrate relevant advances into the product.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience, with a significant portion focused on AI/ML or LLM integrations.
• Hands‑on experience deploying AI features in production environments.
• Comfortable working across the stack (backend and frontend) in a small, autonomous team.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Passion for education; edtech experience is a plus.
