Print Inside Presales Consultant – French

About the role

HP is looking for a French‑speaking Inside Presales Technical Consultant to support its Commercial Print portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to sales, channel partners and end‑users, helping them understand and adopt HP’s print solutions. The role combines technical expertise with customer‑facing activities across virtual and face‑to‑face environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations and guidance on HP Print products, services and solutions.
• Respond to and track technical questions from internal and external requestors.
• Assist sales teams with RFI, RFP and RFQ responses.
• Deliver product and solution trainings to sales and other departments.
• Manage technical escalations and keep the sales community updated on product and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with global presales and divisional technical resources as needed.

Required profile

• Native proficiency in spoken and written French.
• Advanced proficiency in English for internal communication.
• Minimum three years of relevant technical presales or consulting experience.
• Strong passion for technology and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent total customer experience.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HP Print product portfolio.
• Experience with technical presales activities (RFI/RFP support, solution design).
• Ability to conduct trainings and presentations.
• Understanding of technical and environmental regulations related to print solutions.
