Full-Time Faculty – Law, Economics & Human Resources

About the role

GBSB Global Business School is hiring a full‑time faculty member to teach Law, Economics and Human Resources at its Barcelona campus for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The role combines undergraduate and postgraduate teaching with research participation in an international, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law, economics, human resources and related business disciplines.
• Supervise student projects, theses and participate in defense committees.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to a diverse student body.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and institutional initiatives.
• Engage in scholarly research and contribute to the school’s research community.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or a closely related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum three years of university teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Professional experience in a relevant business or legal field.
• Excellent command of English, the language of instruction.
• Active research interest or publication record is an asset.

• Ability to teach across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Effective communication in English.
