Galician-Spanish Customer Support Advisor - Fashion Retail

About the role

Kats Recruitment is recruiting Customer Support Advisors fluent in Spanish, Galician and English for an on-site project in Barcelona, Spain, supporting an established international fashion retail brand. You will help online shoppers with questions about purchases, product lines, orders, deliveries and after-sales support by phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone, email and chat in Spanish, Galician and English
• Help customers with online orders, purchases and product details
• Resolve delivery, return, exchange and after-sales issues
• Explain store policies, promotions and shopping procedures
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally until resolved
• Maintain accurate case records and customer data in CRM systems
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve complex enquiries

Required profile

• Native-level or fluent Spanish and Galician (written and spoken)
• Strong command of English
• Previous customer service, retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage
• Availability for on-site work in Barcelona on rotating shifts

Required skills

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Problem-solving mindset with empathy and a customer-first approach
• Comfortable using digital customer support tools and multi-system platforms

• Permanent full-time contract (39 hours per week) on site in Barcelona
• Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 23:00
