Games Studio Director

About the role

Valsea Technology is seeking an experienced Games Studio Director to build and scale a high‑performing iGaming studio. This hands‑on leadership position balances strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution, guiding games from concept through certification, launch, and live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain 12‑month and 24‑month roadmaps and quarterly release plans.
• Project‑manage each game’s lifecycle: kickoff, GDD sign‑off, development sprints, art and audio delivery, internal QA, lab submission, ORYX integration, soft launch, and live operations.
• Hire, onboard, and performance‑manage the studio team.
• Manage external vendors covering art, audio, legal, and accounting.
• Coordinate B2B licensing and make build‑vs‑buy decisions for analytics, simulation tooling, art pipelines, and related capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in iGaming, with at least 2 years in production, studio management, or product leadership at a slots supplier or aggregator.
• Proven track record of shipping slot titles end‑to‑end, handling timelines, dependencies, and lab certification.
• Hands‑on producer experience with roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and cross‑disciplinary dependency management.
• Awareness of B2B supplier licensing requirements.
