Product Manager – Incentives & Retention

About the role

Valsea Technology is looking for a Product Manager to own the incentives, retention and loyalty stack across its multi‑brand entertainment platform. You will drive user engagement by designing rewarding experiences that keep players coming back.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for incentives, retention and loyalty features, using user engagement as the primary metric.
• Partner with CRM and lifecycle‑marketing teams to translate campaign needs into product requirements.
• Design, prioritize and analyse A/B tests on incentive mechanics, offer structures and retention flows.
• Manage economic modelling of promotional and reward mechanics.
• Own the end‑to‑end wallet and bonus balance experience, ensuring transparent and low‑friction redemption.
• Control in‑product placement, visibility and messaging of gamification features such as missions, tournaments, VIP tiers, cashback and promotions.
• Collaborate with design to test UI placements, entry points and promotional surfaces that drive feature adoption.
• Lead the integration roadmap for Smartico CRM/gamification across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within gaming or entertainment.
• Strong focus on user engagement, retention and loyalty metrics.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing and analytics teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in economic modelling and A/B testing.
