General Manager – Boutique Hotel & Wellness Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of a new premium boutique hotel and wellness resort in Costa Brava, Spain, slated to open in summer 2027. The property combines 15 boutique rooms, a spa, wellness retreats, destination weddings, and performance‑focused experiences in a nature‑rich setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, and spa services.
• Lead the planning and execution of private events, weddings, corporate seminars, and exclusive property buyouts.
• Develop and commercialise retreat concepts and wellness programs that attract high‑net‑worth guests.
• Manage relationships with local suppliers, tourism authorities, and international clientele.
• Drive occupancy and profitability across hotel, wedding, and retreat segments.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of senior management experience in boutique or luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record in spa and wellness operations.
• Strong background in organizing private events and corporate seminars.
• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan; fluent English; French a plus.
• Deep interest in sport, recovery, and performance‑focused hospitality.
