German Customer Support and Inside Sales Rep. - Barcelona

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Barcelona to support its German-speaking clients and partners. The role combines account management, proposal preparation and sales quota achievement, with timely handling of customer and partner calls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
• Create the business environment for sustained account growth and develop long-term relationships
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
• Drive profitability through proactive management and execute sales quotas and targets
• Track, manage and report on sales pipeline activity
• Respond to and resolve customer and partner calls promptly

Required profile

• Native or proficient German speaker with advanced English
• Solid sales background and previous B2B sales experience
• Previous experience working with channels
• Strong communication skills, achievement-oriented and self-motivated
