German Junior Digital Marketing Representative

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a native or fluent German speaker to join its team in Barcelona as a junior digital marketing representative. The role grows revenue through digital media by designing and running marketing campaigns and helping small to medium businesses adjust their digital marketing and sales strategies. The position is full-time, permanent and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and implement digital marketing campaigns that fit each client's needs
• Manage leads by contacting existing B2B customers daily and identifying sales opportunities
• Build trust with key decision-makers and act as a consultant on their online advertising strategy
• Match online advertising solutions to clients' business goals
• Provide campaign support and train advertisers
• Grow revenue by up-selling to existing clients
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction focused on quality and results

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus
• Native-level German and a high level of English
• 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
• European passport or Spanish residence card
