German-speaking Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Account Manager to join our client’s BPO team in Málaga. You will own a portfolio of German SME customers, driving growth and ensuring long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on growth and retention.
• Identify client needs and sell appropriate products and services to increase engagement.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, prioritising opportunities to exceed profitability targets.
• Generate new business through referrals, subsidiaries, and self‑sourced leads.
• Deliver premium value aligned with client goals, fostering advocacy.
• Monitor client opportunities, threats and risks to strengthen relationships.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and fluent English (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account‑management role.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented with a challenger mindset.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple customers at different sales stages.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales abilities.
