German-Speaking Inside Sales Representative (No Sales Experience Required)

About the role

Netenders Holding is looking for a proactive, customer-focused German speaker with strong communication skills to work as an inside sales representative in Barcelona. The position is hybrid, with two days remote per week, and offers a base salary plus uncapped commission (€40,000 OTE). Previous sales experience is a plus but not essential.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients
• Present products and solutions while understanding each client's needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Track the pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with procurement, customer experience and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience
• Once the inbound flow is under control, spend part of the time on outbound prospecting to grow the DACH market

Required profile

• Native or fluent German, good level of English
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service or client relations
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented and adaptable
• A plus: experience in e-commerce, textile or fashion
