Nordic IT Sales Manager – Malaga

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven sales professional to lead our Nordic market expansion from our Malaga office. As the Nordic IT Sales Manager you will shape strategy, grow revenue and build strong client relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth and revenue targets in the Nordic countries.
• Identify new business opportunities in key industries and pursue them with a deep understanding of IT solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and support teams to tailor offerings to Nordic client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the sales approach competitive.
• Prepare regular forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• Proven sales‑management experience in the IT industry, preferably with exposure to Nordic markets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.
• High motivation, ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience leading a sales team and achieving ambitious targets.
