German Web Hosting Consultant

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a German Web Hosting Consultant in Barcelona. As an inbound sales representative, you will use your knowledge, communication and analytical skills to help new and existing businesses grow, acting as a trusted consultant on domain registrar and web hosting products. You must reach your assigned sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise existing customers on how to develop a successful journey into specific products, platforms and services
• Anticipate how decisions are made and proactively uncover clients' business needs
• Serve as a trusted consultant on a wide range of domain registrar and web hosting products
• Consistently meet the assigned sales quota and prioritize excellent customer service
• Give strategic recommendations to help customers achieve their business goals, including upselling additional products and platform features
• Master one or more core products, coach colleagues on areas of expertise and take escalation calls

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Native-level German
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Some experience in inbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry
• Ability to link business needs with suitable solutions, strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity and professionalism
• Comfortable working against a quota in a phone-based environment
