Global Education Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Global Education Training Manager to lead the design, development and implementation of our worldwide education strategy. You will ensure a consistent learning experience across all markets, transferring product knowledge, techniques, protocols and brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global training plans for international product launches in partnership with the Global team.
• Adapt and develop training content for face‑to‑face, digital and blended formats.
• Monitor implementation of programmes across markets, ensuring consistency and measuring impact with local teams.
• Tailor training to regional needs while maintaining global standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D and Sales to align training with business strategy and commercial goals.
• Keep training content up‑to‑date with market trends, product innovation and local feedback.
• Measure effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations and follow‑up, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee the global training calendar and deliver face‑to‑face sessions in key markets when required.
• Manage e‑learning platforms and digital learning tools.
• Identify training needs from commercial performance analysis and propose action plans.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the skincare and/or medical aesthetics sector.
• Proven background in training, education or talent development at national or international level.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
