Training Manager

About the role

Caudalie, a leading French cosmetics brand, is expanding its presence in Spain and seeks a Training Manager to be based in Barcelona. You will design, deliver and oversee training programmes that enhance product knowledge and skincare practices for both field and headquarters teams.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt global training materials to the Spanish market, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
• Deliver clear, engaging product trainings to Beauty Advisors, sell‑out teams and regional managers.
• Observe field skincare practices, provide coaching and ensure correct product application.
• Maintain close communication with Beauty Advisors and Regional Managers to monitor training effectiveness.
• Conduct VIP client trainings across multiple regions in Spain.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific field (Pharmacy or related).
• Minimum three years of experience in training within the cosmetics or pharmacy sector.
• Strong organizational, planning and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of IA (artificial intelligence) tools for training management.
