Global Head of Quality Partnerships & Networks

About the role

Galderma is strengthening its global Quality organization and is looking for a senior expert in Quality Partnerships & Networks to drive alignment, collaboration and excellence across its ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of quality, stakeholder engagement and transformation, shaping how quality is delivered across a global organization. It is based in Barcelona, Spain, with locations also mentioned in Warsaw, Poland and London, UK.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and drive Quality Management programs and processes across global operations
• Ensure alignment of systems, processes and operating procedures, identifying and resolving gaps
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable quality solutions
• Support and maintain quality policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance and effectiveness
• Contribute to the design and evolution of Quality programs and initiatives
• Lead or contribute to process improvement and transformation efforts
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to teams and leadership
• Influence adoption of best practices and new ways of working

Required profile

• 8-12+ years of experience in Quality Management in a global, regulated environment
• Recognized subject matter expertise with the ability to operate independently
• Strong experience on complex, cross-functional projects
• Proven ability to influence without authority and build trusted partnerships
• Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
• Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent experience)
