Global HR Data Analyst

About the role
Swissport is seeking a Global HR Data Analyst to turn people data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organisation. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will support HR and business leaders by analysing trends, optimising processes and enhancing data‑driven people strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and interpret HR data from multiple global and regional sources.
- Lead the HR budgeting and forecasting process, track actuals versus plan and highlight variances in partnership with the FP&A team.
- Prepare and deliver monthly HR reports and insights to the Chief People Officer, consolidating regional and global data.
- Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and visualisations that monitor key HR metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all HR information systems.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytics needs and provide data‑driven recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR analytics or a related data‑analysis role within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
