Global Origination Associate – Trade & Working Capital Solutions

About the role

As a Global Origination Associate in Trade & Working Capital Solutions, you will support Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in designing and executing cross‑functional initiatives that drive growth and capture market opportunities across Spain and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, business gaps and growth opportunities.
• Translate data‑driven insights into concrete actions and strategic recommendations.
• Lead end‑to‑end project management, from scoping and requirements definition to execution planning, progress tracking and issue resolution.
• Prepare strategic and business materials for senior management, supporting governance and decision‑making processes.
• Define and oversee the development of advanced Data & AI models to enhance client insight and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Trade & Working Capital Solutions sales and product teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
