About the role
PepsiCo is seeking a Logistics Buyer to manage procurement activities across Europe, focusing on transportation, pallets, and outsourced warehousing. The role drives value through category expertise, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong supplier relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyse spend data to support procurement outcomes with local business stakeholders.
- Develop sourcing vision, evaluate current footprint and propose improvements.
- Conduct market intelligence, supplier selection, tender design and RFX analysis.
- Lead supplier negotiations and consolidate scenarios for internal review.
- Review and update contracts, manage approval processes and ensure compliance.
- Administer supplier information, monitor cost control and feed forecasts for annual and quarterly plans.
- Identify improvement opportunities to meet productivity and cash‑improvement targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3‑5 years of experience in procurement within FMCG or shared services environments.
- Strong knowledge of the logistics landscape and financial fundamentals.
- Excellent internal customer management and ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Analytical thinking, influencing, collaboration and results‑orientation.
