Global Procurement – Logistics Buyer

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Logistics Buyer to manage procurement activities across Europe, focusing on transportation, pallets, and outsourced warehousing. The role drives value through category expertise, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse spend data to support procurement outcomes with local business stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing vision, evaluate current footprint and propose improvements.
• Conduct market intelligence, supplier selection, tender design and RFX analysis.
• Lead supplier negotiations and consolidate scenarios for internal review.
• Review and update contracts, manage approval processes and ensure compliance.
• Administer supplier information, monitor cost control and feed forecasts for annual and quarterly plans.
• Identify improvement opportunities to meet productivity and cash‑improvement targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement within FMCG or shared services environments.
• Strong knowledge of the logistics landscape and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent internal customer management and ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Analytical thinking, influencing, collaboration and results‑orientation.
