Global Quality Compliance Inspection Readiness & EMEAC Audits Manager

About the role

Galderma is opening a new Global Capability Center in Barcelona and is looking for a Global Quality Compliance Inspection Readiness & EMEAC Audits Manager. The role leads a high-profile, global function covering quality audits (internal, external and supplier) across EMEAC, and sets up a sustainable global inspection readiness framework. It is hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite, and is based in Warsaw, Barcelona or London.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regionally managed quality audits across EMEAC, ensuring risk-based planning, execution and timely closure.
• Establish and govern a sustainable global inspection readiness framework.
• Build, maintain and enhance auditing capabilities and competencies within the regions.
• Develop and maintain the global inspection readiness playbook, including governance model, mock inspections and readiness sprint methodology.
• Design and deploy a risk-based global mock inspection program and lead readiness sprints before anticipated regulatory inspections.
• Monitor global inspection outcomes and regulatory trends to strengthen compliance posture.
• Lead end-to-end execution of internal, supplier, distributor and third-party audits for EMEAC and apply the global auditor qualification framework.
• Provide methodology guidance and system support to other regions (LATAM, US, JPAC).
• Ensure full traceability of audit activities, findings and corrective actions, with timely closure and consistent application of good practices.
• Escalate critical regulatory compliance issues and audit findings to management with monitored action plans, and share audit trends and risk insights across regions.
• Provide functional direction to regional audit leads on inspection readiness standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in audit management in a pharma/medical devices environment.
• Broad range of audits covering the regulated areas of Galderma's portfolio (cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals).
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
