Global Study Manager (Remote, EMEA)

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is looking for a Global Study Manager (also called Project Manager) to join its sponsor-dedicated team, working remotely within the EMEA region. The role plays a key part in designing and analysing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data and helping advance new treatments and therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trial enrollment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends and provide insights to optimize study outcomes.
• Proactively solve challenges so that trials run successfully.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and keep trial processes running smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in global clinical trial management.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex medical data and to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage several tasks and priorities at once.
