Join Glovo’s Early Careers Booster program as a Graduate Business Analyst and accelerate your professional development straight out of university. Based in Barcelona, you will work side‑by‑side with senior professionals across core business areas, gaining real responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy and innovation projects within your assigned business area (e.g., Q‑Commerce, Operations, Growth, Finance, People, Data Analytics).
• Analyse operational processes, market data and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop data‑driven recommendations and implement solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and impact.

Required profile

• Graduated within the last 18 months or graduating within the next six months with strong academic results.
• Degree in a STEM discipline or related field.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona or already based there.
