Graduate Industrial Architect – Airbus Global Graduate Programme

About the role

Join Airbus Defence and Space as a Graduate Industrial Architect in Getafe, starting October 2027. This two‑year Global Graduate development journey combines on‑the‑job experience with structured training to build your technical, business and leadership capabilities in industrial architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition of the Industrial System Development Plan (ISDP) and document system specifications.
• Coordinate technical flows between Engineering and Production teams.
• Assist in developing build processes, tooling concepts and testing strategies for industrialisation.
• Help verify and validate industrial requirements (V&V).
• Collect and analyse data for Non‑Recurrent (NRC) and Recurrent (RC) cost elements.
• Contribute to defining Process Methods and Tools (PMT) and related documentation.

Required profile

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Recent graduate or limited professional experience in industrial or process engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivation to work collaboratively and drive future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
