Graduate Privacy Advisor

About the role

HP’s Trust and Privacy Organization is seeking a recent graduate to provide legal and advisory support on privacy and data protection across its Business Units and Global Functions. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide privacy legal and advisory support on a wide range of data protection topics.
• Interpret and apply global privacy laws and regulations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to privacy risk assessments, reviewing data flows and identifying risks.
• Assist in regulatory, audit and compliance activities requiring privacy expertise.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to supervisory authority interactions.
• Help develop and improve privacy governance frameworks, templates and processes.
• Monitor evolving privacy laws, guidance and enforcement trends and assess impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) obtained within the last 12 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in privacy, data protection and technology.
