Graduate Trainee Program – Production (SDV / eHouse)

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our Graduate Trainee Program within the Production Department, specifically at the Prototype Center (CPP) – eHouse area. The role focuses on innovative Software‑Defined Vehicle (SDV) projects, offering a deep dive into product architecture and industrialisation processes in a highly technological and international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SDV‑related projects, supporting the transformation of automotive production.
• Gain hands‑on experience with product architecture and industrialisation workflows.
• Rotate through multiple company areas over a 12‑month period to acquire a broad business perspective.
• Collaborate on cross‑cutting strategic projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Automotive or Electronic Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level); German is valuable.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
