Graphic Design Intern (Creative Service Desk)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Design Intern to join the Creative Service Desk team at our Madrid office. This six‑month internship, starting September 2026, offers hands‑on experience supporting senior designers on a range of digital and print projects for an international hotel brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Graphic Designer with day‑to‑day creative tasks.
• Design and develop visual assets for digital and print, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Support the production of marketing materials, social media content, internal communications, presentations, and branding projects.
• Help maintain visual consistency across all outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
• Prepare working files according to team standards and workflows.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related degree program.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong sense of design, composition, typography and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Creative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
