Graphic Design Intern – Creative Service Desk (Madrid)

About the role

The Graphic Design Intern will join Radisson Hotel Group’s Creative Service Desk in Madrid, supporting the design team on a variety of digital and print projects. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in a global hospitality brand, allowing the intern to develop visual assets that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the senior Graphic Designer with day‑to‑day creative tasks.
• Design and adapt visual assets for digital channels, social media, print collateral, presentations and internal communications.
• Ensure all outputs follow Radisson’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Prepare working files according to team standards and support file organization.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related degree program.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, composition and typography skills.
• Professional level of written and spoken English.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
