Graphic Designer – Creative Team

About the role

EY is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its cross‑disciplinary creative team. You will work closely with internal clients to translate their vision into compelling visual solutions while upholding EY’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with internal clients to present, influence and negotiate design deliverables aligned with business needs.
• Transform client vision into innovative products, storyboards, layouts and visual campaigns.
• Conceptualise and execute design solutions while ensuring positive client and team experiences.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritise milestones and deliver within time and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with art directors, senior designers, writers, animators and videographers.
• Participate in creative ideation sessions and design sprints.
• Act as a brand ambassador, applying visual identity guidelines across all work.
• Identify and resolve obstacles through clear communication and decisive action.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a virtual environment.
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to leverage brand guidelines to develop a range of creative initiatives.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
