Graphic Designer – Retail/In‑store Visuals

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Barcelona market team. The role focuses on creating and adapting visual communication for all UNIQLO stores across Spain, supporting new openings and store refits while enhancing the in‑store customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of in‑store visual campaigns for every Spanish store.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing/PR and e‑commerce teams to align on retail campaigns.
• Adapt global and European visual‑merchandising guidelines to local store needs.
• Produce high‑quality renders, print files, POS materials and in‑store display solutions.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards during store openings, refits and ad‑hoc projects.
• Identify visual‑communication challenges and propose commercial, store‑ready solutions.
• Manage timelines, budgets and external suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Native Catalan and Spanish speaker with working proficiency in English.
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in retail or store‑based environments.
• Hands‑on experience designing for physical retail spaces and in‑store execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced commercial setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• 3D design/modelling tools such as SketchUp.
• Proficient Mac user.
• Microsoft Office, OneDrive and Teams.
