Growth Designer & Community

About the role

Landbot, an AI‑first SaaS company, is expanding its Growth team and needs a versatile Growth Designer & Community professional. You will own the creative output of the team, delivering landing pages, microsites, visual sequences, and interactive formats while also managing the user community from end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and publish growth assets each sprint, including landing pages, campaign microsites, and interactive formats.
• Support cross‑functional creative needs such as ad variants for paid media, visual assets for SEO, and event materials.
• Run weekly prioritisation meetings with the Head of Growth to align production with experiments.
• Moderate and activate community channels, measure engagement, and feed insights back to the team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to iterate on signup experiences and key activation moments.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in hybrid roles that blend design, content production, and community management in digital environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped work rather than only concepts.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Figma
• Webflow (building and publishing)
• Community platforms such as Slack, Circle, Discord
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar)
• Familiarity with no‑code and interactive content tools
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate production
