Growth Graduate Program

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for recent graduates to join its Growth Team in Madrid. The program is aimed at top-performing graduates (top 10% of their class) who want a hands-on experience in strategy, analytics and impact. You will use data analysis and market insights to support the execution of business strategies across markets, working closely with colleagues in other countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams to help develop and implement growth strategies.
• Work on special projects focused on improving key business metrics and optimizing operations.
• Monitor industry trends and internal performance to spot growth opportunities.
• Work across markets and teams in an international setting (up to 40 countries) to set up and run growth strategies.
• Support the creation of reports and presentations for different stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in a related field such as Engineering, Maths, Statistics or Data Analytics with a business interest.
• Passion for data analysis and business strategy.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish, French, Italian, Korean or Portuguese is a plus.
