Growth Manager - Hindi Speaker (India)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager to be a key architect of its expansion in India. The role owns the growth roadmap, defines how the business model and partner portfolio are built, and sits at the intersection of data, marketing and business development. It is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners, driving projects with strong impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
• Act as lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, using Fever's data and technology to help them grow.
• Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows so operations stay lean and efficient as the business scales.
• Work with regional stakeholders (Country and Regional General Managers) in India to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fever's global product and marketing capabilities.

Required profile

• At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth; experience in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups or investment banking is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage for working with regional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Analytical skills: using data to make strategic decisions and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and disciplines.
• Preferred: proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
