Growth Organic Strategy Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is expanding its organic growth department to support its rapid global expansion. As Growth Organic Strategy Manager you will help increase market penetration through organic channels, define new growth strategies and lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people within an international team spanning up to 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance overall company performance focused on increasing market penetration through organic channels
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
• Take full ownership of decisions made in your business line
• Lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people
• Work with people and projects across markets and teams in a large international setting

Required profile

• +6 years of experience in an analytics and business role
• Proven experience building trust to lead teams or key projects
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics or strategy
• Data-driven approach, bringing numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines and departments
• Advanced English; other languages are a plus
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker

Required skills

• Experience in demand generation through search engines is a plus
• Familiarity with marketplaces is a plus
