Growth Strategy Senior Analyst (Madrid based)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst based in Madrid. The Marketing & Growth team drives visibility, engagement and business impact across the company. As a Growth Senior Analyst you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to expand Fever's entertainment market across up to 40 countries, design end-to-end solutions and manage new business streams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line and take the lead on global projects defining the future of the entertainment industry.
• Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies and departmental growth.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills.
• Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact and enhance company performance across departments.
• Work with people and projects across different markets, with a focus on developing new experiences internationally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics or Strategy.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• High level of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or strategy/analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
• Data-driven, proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Understanding of any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python).
• Analytical and strategic skills.
