Guest Experience Intern - Atipico Madrid

About the role

Habyt, a global flexible housing company, is looking for a Guest Experience Intern for its Atipico Madrid project, a new brand blending traditional hospitality with flexible living solutions. The intern gains hands-on experience in hospitality and helps deliver exceptional service and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out to ensure smooth transitions.
• Handle reservations and room inventory to optimise occupancy and revenue.
• Work with internal teams to address guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Arrange pre-arrival services for VIPs, corporate clients and groups.
• Track and optimise room inventory for new reservations using analytical skills.
• Look for ways to improve guest satisfaction and team performance.
• Keep accurate guest data in the Property Management System (PMS) and other IT systems, following SOPs.

Required profile

• 0-1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment.
• Proven ability to exceed guest expectations and achieve high satisfaction scores.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to guest concerns.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays and various shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Google Drive.
• PMS and helpdesk systems.
