Head of Executive Recruiting

About the role

Delivery Hero is looking for a Head of Executive Recruiting in Barcelona to build and lead a world-class executive search function that directly shapes the Glovo Talent House. You will personally deliver critical leadership hires while building, coaching and inspiring a small team of executive recruiters, acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end executive searches for C-level, VP and Director roles, from role scoping to offer acceptance
• Build, lead and coach a team of 3-4 executive recruiters, setting clear standards for quality, pace and candidate experience
• Advise the Executive Team, Board and senior leaders on executive hiring, leadership capabilities and succession planning
• Maintain a strong global network of senior leaders and engage talent proactively
• Use market insights, data and hiring metrics to inform decisions and raise the leadership bar

Required profile

• 3+ years leading an executive search team and 8+ years hiring executive and senior leadership (C-level, VP, Director) across multiple functions and complex international environments
• Credibility with executive leadership teams and boards, able to challenge and influence at the highest level
• Deep expertise in executive assessment and strong global networking skills
• Strategic yet pragmatic, with a data-driven approach and high standards
