Talent Acquisition Trainee (Internship)

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join its team in Madrid and help attract, recruit, welcome and engage interns across the group's corporate support offices in Brussels and Madrid. The trainee works within a friendly, international team covering Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Engagement and Retention, and gains hands-on experience with plenty of room to contribute their own ideas. The internship is shaped around the applicant's interests, strengths and development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with hospitality, business schools and universities.
• Explore new partnerships and creative ways to attract young talent.
• Source and screen candidates for internship opportunities across the business.
• Work with Heads of Department to understand their internship needs and profiles.
• Help interns through onboarding, from contracts and relocation questions to their first day and beyond.
• Stay connected with interns throughout their experience and help identify development opportunities.
• Create a strong intern community by organizing activities that help them connect and learn from each other.
• Support other Talent and HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Curious and eager to learn, people-oriented and proactive, comfortable taking initiative.
• Organized, with good attention to detail, and able to work in an international, fast-moving environment.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution.
• Confident communicating in English, verbally and in writing.
