Head of Growth - Cinema

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Head of Growth for its Cinema vertical in Madrid. The role reports directly to the Global Growth Director and works closely with top management and the founders. The Growth team drives the company's content portfolio across all verticals and markets, acting as strategic consultants for partners and in-house projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Cinema GM and take full responsibility for its growth strategy and performance
• Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and overall company performance
• Lead high-impact, end-to-end projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across international markets

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, marketing or business-related roles
• Entertainment marketing experience and knowledge of theatrical, home entertainment or gaming
• Proven track record of building trust and leading teams or key projects
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications or Aeronautics) or in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy
• Advanced English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience managing teams of skilled professionals
