Head of Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to build and lead a high‑performing people function for a fast‑growing logistics company operating across Spain and expanding internationally. This founding HR leadership role offers significant scope and influence over how the organisation scales its teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full HR function end‑to‑end, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and organisational development.
• Design and implement people processes that can scale with rapid business growth.
• Partner directly with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Ensure full compliance with Spanish labour law across all locations.
• Build the employer brand and drive employee engagement across a distributed, operations‑heavy workforce.

Required profile

• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or standalone HR management role.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations or similarly structured environments is a strong advantage.
• Deep working knowledge of Spanish labour legislation.
• Fluent Spanish and professional‑level English.
• Proactive, trusted partner who treats HR as a lever for business performance.
