About the role
Glovo is seeking a dynamic leader to own the full P&L and drive the growth of its business in Spain. Based in Madrid, you will shape the long‑term strategy for the region, build high‑performing teams and create strong partnerships with retailers.
Key responsibilities
- Take full P&L responsibility for the Spanish market and achieve 360° business objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of 20+ professionals across functions.
- Define and execute a long‑term regional strategy, leveraging resources from HQ and other regions.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with retailers and stores on the Glovo platform.
- Recruit, onboard and inspire top talent, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across countries to share best practices and drive results.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as startups, investment banking, top consulting firms or leading internet companies.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams of at least 4 people.
- Data‑driven decision making combined with strong business judgment.
- Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation and a collaborative mindset.
- High emotional intelligence, humility and a reputation for respectful leadership.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
