Head of Strategy and Product

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Strategy and Product to lead high‑impact initiatives across our fast‑growing fintech platform. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the product roadmap, drive market expansion and build the capabilities needed for our next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic priorities that align product development with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, business development and hiring teams to solve complex challenges.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from conception through delivery, ensuring timely outcomes.
• Research new markets, products and opportunities to expand our financial services portfolio.
• Establish new teams, processes and operational frameworks as the organization scales.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability and sound business judgment.
• Proven capacity to learn quickly and adapt to evolving challenges.
• Experience working across multiple business functions with high ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
