Health & Safety Manager

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to join its People team at the Barcelona headquarters. You will shape the safety culture across the company, ensuring regulatory compliance while driving proactive risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Spanish and international Health & Safety teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet Health & Safety KPIs and OKRs.
• Facilitate employee participation through H&S committees.
• Manage external Health & Safety service providers.
• Represent Glovo with work inspectors, unions and other external parties.
• Maintain documentation and records for labor inspections.
• Lead investigations of occupational incidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Design, deliver and monitor H&S training programs.
• Oversee health surveillance programs in line with regulations.
• Plan and implement emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Standardise processes to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and provide guidance to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a fast‑paced, multi‑national environment.
• Strong understanding of Spanish and international occupational safety regulations.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and represent the company externally.
• Excellent analytical skills for incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
